Pierce’s black bears had a great time with Cornucopia this week working in the gardens. They harvested a large amount of carrots and purple beans. They even got to enjoy some summer squash and cherry tomatoes. More importantly, they were eager and willing to jump back into the gardens after having a long summer break, sharing their observations as they went.
Next week they will be exploring the different kinds of garden bugs. We can’t wait to see what kinds of bugs live in our garden beds!
