The Harris Center for Conservation Education in Hancock has announced the recipient of its 2022 Educator Of The Year award.
Jenn Sutton, who teaches 3rd grade at Pierce School in Bennington, was presented with the Award by Harris Center teacher and naturalist Susie Spikol. Among several other naturalist projects, Sutton’s classroom has been chosen to nurture turtle hatchlings through the winter for a spring 2023 release into the wild; for more on the story, click here.
