In what is becoming a Pierce School holiday tradition, the  PTO treated the students to a day of learning and fun at the Barbara C. Harris Camp in Greenfield. The staff at the Camp made it possible for  students to assist in the preparation of a pizza lunch and decoration of delicious gingerbreadmen.

Pierce School celebrated Halloween on Tuesday, October 31st! Students, staff, and Bennington
community members joined for an annual parade through town. Scarecrows and carved pumpkins made by Pierce School students were displayed outside the school for all to enjoy.

If you walked into Pierce school on Friday October 27, 2017, you would have noticed the smell of pumpkin soup cooking, heard the crinkle of leaves being stuffed into scarecrows and seen pumpkins being
transformed into jack-o-lanterns representing Pierce School spirit.
